Will I get the actual item that is shown in the picture?
Yes, we do not use stock photos. Whenever possible we use our scanner to produce the images of our items, especially books and magazines. This process results in the image filling the frame and it may appear to be a stock photo. For other items we try to produce as large an image as possible using our camera. In the unlikely event we have to resort to a stock photo we will indicate it as such but will always include a photo of the actual item as well.
Do you combine purchases?
Yes, purchases are combined whenever possible when making multiple purchases of similar items in order to minimize shipping costs. When planning to purchase multiple items please let us know and wait for an invoice before paying.
How soon do I have to pay for an item?
When choosing not to make an instant payment, or you are making multiple purchases, you have 3 days after the receipt of your invoice within which time you should make your payment. If you wish to make other arrangements please contact us before purchasing.
How soon will you ship my item?
We make every effort to get your item shipped within 3 business days (weekends excluded) of your cleared payment, and you will receive an email letting you know that your item has been shipped. You would be advised if your item couldn't be shipped within this time frame.
