SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA:
Items that need to be shipped via parcel post because of their weight and/or size require location information to determine shipping costs.
In any instances where shipping is listed as 0.00 (this does not mean it is free) or you see a pop-up that says "... does not ship to Canada" it simply means that you need to contact us supplying your Postal Code to get a shipping quote.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Import duties, customs charges, taxes, and other related charges, if and when they are required, are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges; they are beyond our control and are not additional shipping costs charged by us. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
BUYERS OUTSIDE of CANADA and the US – for most of the items the shipping cost depends on your location and cannot be determined until you provide us with your address. We can then provide you with a shipping quote. Please contact us before purchasing.
Please keep in mind that International shipping can be quite costly and it can take considerable time for a parcel to reach you. We have no control over this. Please take this into consideration before purchasing.
